My Financial Company (MFC) our parent organization!

MFC was formed in 2006 by Darek Spring, who is also a founder of PTF Financial dba My Mortgage Company & My Financial Company (PTF/MMC), depending on the state. PTF was formed in December of 2003 and by 2006 had reached $5.5 million in gross revenue. During 2006 and 2007, MFC prepared for its Phase One growth by recruiting and hiring key mortgage and banking industry veterans who are recognized in the industry for their start-up expertise.
